Fixed an appointment only if you're interested in purchasing, we take time off to serve & prepare samples for viewing.
We could fully utilize the time to speed up for others waiting patiently for the keepsakes.
We like to keep to this flexible way where we can save the trouble of traveling to work which might affect the crafting mood, and the focusing on crafting.

Apologies that we do not provide any refund once orders are confirmed & purchases made.
We take pride in our product & our quality time serving you.
Please check with your religious practices before you make a purchase.
No refund/redo will be made in the event of wrong selection, change of design, change of mind, lost mail, misplaced inclusion, forgotten to send inclusion to us. However, you may transfer the credit to your family or friend within the purchase validity

We will mail out your item once ready to the 'Shipping Address' provided by you in the 'Order Confirmation'.
If you are in the midst of changing house/migrating, please remark before check out or DM us.

For Local shipping, we use SingPost with tracking number. Proof of mailing will be provided.
Courier services are available.
We welcome self-collection too. Strictly by appointment only.

For international shipping, we use SingPost Tracking Mail to send your completed keepsake.

Currently, our waiting time ranges from 1 month to 4 months. (Avg. 2.5month)
Those who know us know that our keepsakes are handicrafts with love & passion.
We patiently complete each order one at a time and only craft by Annabel.
Please do not compare us with other businesses that hire a team for your precious keepsakes jewellery.

All purchase validity is for 12 months from the date of purchase.

DNA Inclusion such as Hair, Cord, Placenta Powder, Animal Furs, Ashes will be return & mail together with your completed keepsake.
On the other hand, DNA such as breastmilk, it will be store with us for over a period, as it has gone through the preserving phrase, and it it consider property of PLM.

Yes! You're most welcome to do that. But there are something you may need to take note of.
1) Send in as a package instead of separated package, in order not to confuse us and we will need alot of time to tally and find the issue.
2) Label individual inclusion package with order number & item number, so we know which inclusion is for which.
3) When the order is completed, we will only mail to the shipping address you provided in your order.

Yes dear, we can help to expedite your order. Depending on design, time frame and availability. Additional charges start from $50 per item. Resin & crafting have their working time too, so don't expect to receive it in few working day.

Since 2006/2007, the original creator, Mother of Preserved Breastmilk Jewellery, Name DNA as 'inclusion'

Since then, many international DNA keepsake artist including myself called DNA inclusion because we did our research well and find it suitable to name it as "inclusion".

Believe the words from some seller who is not responsible of researching everything well enough whom establish their business since 202x.

Oh ya, forgot to add on. Only good profile international keepsake artists are invited. Meaning, we don't just do business, we create memorable artwork with passion and love. We research & share preserving method, crafting tips, feedback to improvise our artwork. etc etc.
We don't condemn, or say nasty stuff about other artist branding.

TaoBao, Etsy or other online platform.

Resin aka Epoxy, I believe you should have heard the word "epoxy" somewhere...Hmm ya, epoxy flooring is very famous. Have you ever heard of glue flooring?
I can only say, that the experience, passion, and research done by the artist are not enough, over a hundred brands of epoxy around, they choose to experiment with those unreliable, cheap, and not lasting resins to craft on your precious INCLUSION.
If you're a sincere artist, please spend more time researching & more money to buy reliable resin from a better brand instead of cheap china resin. I believe just my shipping cost is so much higher than their resin+shipping.
Don't pollute the keepsake artist industry by manipulating and misleading people.

Here at PLM, the preserve process helps neutralizes your milk and prevents it from discoloring. The breastmilk colour will stable and remain the same overtime. Although our resin are labelled as UV Resistance (Anti-yellowing), mother nature still wins science at times, all resins outer layer amber with exposure to UV light, the outer layer may develop a dull look over a long period. But this is completely natural. It is also wearer responsibility to do frequent polishing and cleaning, is advise to prolong the resin ageing progress.

Apologies, it's quite hazardous . The toxic gas from resin, the burn particle cause by engraving, the sanding and polishing particle from bead, gem might be in the air or floor.
And to minimise further dust to get in the craftroom, it always remain close with air purifier.
From time to time on our social media, you might see we upload part of our crafting area and process.

We understand the excitement and you wanna know the progress, some might have worried base on their bad experience cause by other artist.
We too love to update and be able to show you the progress, but due to our tight schedule of crafting, assisting enquiry, packing mailing and much more thing to list down on our daily or weekly routine.
It a service we might wanna include, but definitely not at the moment, as we have quite a number pending order to fulfil and quite a number of repair to be done by other artists.
