DNA Inclusion
Kindly label all your inclusion package with your order name and order number.
Send in all required DNA for us to work on, we will only check newly received DNA once every 1-2 weeks.
Do not combine dry & wet inclusion in a same ziploc bag.
Breast Milk
Good news to all mummies, we have review our minimum requirement on per item, we only need about 10ml per item.
If you're on low supply & hard to achieve the minimum 10ml, please don't not hesitate to dm us
Breastmilk to be fully thawed before mailing
Breastmilk is to be packed in a breastmilk bag with an additional layer of breastmilk bag to maximum prevention from leakage.
*Please kindly use only BREASTMILK BAG and not any other ziplock bag, or bottle*

Balance breastmilk will not be return, as it is consider a property of PLM after preserved.

Hair Curl
20-30 strands of hair with length 2-3cm per item.
To enhance the look of your hair keepsake with a smooth curve, please only provide us with trim hair cut by scissor. Shave hair by a barber shaver are more prompt to sharp & short which make the hair less stiff and are more prompt to protrude out of place.
Any unused hair will be pack & mail together with your finished keepsake.
Kindly DM us if your baby hair does not meet the requirement.

Umbilical Cord
We prefer to receive the whole cord. We can determine which will be a better part to trim from the cord to use it on your keepsake.
Do not send in raw cord, we do not have the equipment to dehydrate/dried it.
Rest assure that all balance we will pack and mail it back together with your keepsake.

Placenta Powder
1-2 capsule or 1 teaspoon of Placenta powder per item.
Any balance will be retuned. Let us know if you would like to donate it to let us create more artwork, we will be appreciate greatly.
We only accept placenta that is dried>process>grind into powder form.
Some of the TCM might be able to assist to to it into capsule.
Currently, we do not have the equipment to process/preserve raw placenta.

Ash
1 teaspoon of grind ash or a small bone fragment per item.
Please place it in a small ziploc bag.
If you have an urn place at home, we do provide service to open the urn to retrieve the ashes. Additional charges from $20 may applied if the urn is sealed.
Do DM us to check as we do not wish to have lots of excess.
Rest assure all ashes will be return, we do not keep ashes on our end.
Pet Fur
50-60 strands of furs with length 2-3cm per item.
To enhance the look of your fur keepsake with a smooth finish, please only provide us with trim furs cut by scissor. Shave furs by a groomer shaver are very prompt to short, mixed and messy bushes.
Additional charges applied if we receive the fur in bushes. We need to untangled and smooth it out in order to craft it.
Any unused furs will be pack & mail together with your finished keepsake.
