The term 'Printing Name' used in PLM is the name/date usually spotted inside of keepsake jewelery.
It is cast inside within a pendant/charm.
How to identify which is a 'Printing Name'?
Look at the pendant/bead, usually it's the name in black colour.
You will see there are varies way of placing them, example, on top a breastmilk gem(Milk Bottle, Feet), under breastmilk gem(Heart), on top of full breast milk (Classic Full breastmilk Pendant, European Bead).

The term 'Engraving' is the name, date, text engrave on the hardware.
How do you spot them?
Engraving can only be spotted, example: back of pendant, hardware on the side of European Bead Charm, on the brim infront of Glass Locket.
Most pendant you may choose the font & format to engrave, example:
Date format: 25 Feb 2016, 25/02/16, 25-02-2016
Name: P.L.M, Annabel, AnnaBel
However, due to the size and space restriction of the hardware such as Euroean Bead Charm & Glass Locket, engraving only available in 'FULL CAPITAL' & no font type can be choosen.

The term 'Full' you seen in 'Full Breastmilk' or 'Full Ashes' in many product is the base layer is cast full as a background of the pendant.
You can see such design on classic pendant, falling glitter and so on.
Other Full which you might see is in EB, Ring ,Earring etc.

In PLM, we came out with a name, called ‘GEMS”, to represent those mini cute shapes, found in our keepsake jewellery.
E.g. Small Heart gems, Star gems, Mini Feet gems, Mini Hand gems, etc…
Some are named after the design we created & are exclusive to us.
E.g. Milk Of Love, Breast Feeding Symbol, Zodiac, Tree Of Love, Tree Of Life, Mighty Love etc…
